Contact hours

We respond to all channels from 10:00 AM to 7:30 PM IST, all days of the week. WhatsApp is our fastest channel and is answered within one hour during working hours.

Bulk and corporate orders

For office gifting, events, festival hampers, or volume orders above 50 kg, message us on WhatsApp with the quantity, preferred varieties, delivery date range, and drop-off address. We confirm variety availability and pricing before dispatch. Minimum lead time is 48 hours for bulk orders of 100 kg and above.

Frequently asked questions

• Do you accept cash on delivery? No. We operate on a prepaid-only basis. UPI, cards, wallets, and net banking are accepted at checkout.
• Do you ship outside Hyderabad? Not currently. Our network covers 134 localities inside Hyderabad. See the full list at delivery areas.
• Can I visit your warehouse to collect mangoes? Our Madinaguda warehouse is a dispatch facility, not a retail outlet. Please place orders online for home delivery.
• Can I change the delivery address after ordering? Yes, only before dispatch. Message us on WhatsApp immediately after ordering with the new address. If the rider has not yet left, we update the address.
• How do I report a problem with my order? Visit our customer support page and message us on WhatsApp with your order number.
