Questions about a live order, a delivered mango, a refund request, or anything that needs attention after purchase are handled here. Pre-order enquiries about variety availability, bulk orders, or gifting are better routed through our contact page.

Support hours and response time

Our support team is available 10:00 AM to 7:30 PM IST, all days of the week. WhatsApp is our fastest channel: we respond to every message within one hour during working hours. Messages received outside working hours are picked up at 10:00 AM the next working day.

Common questions answered in minutes

  • Order tracking. Send your order number on WhatsApp. Our team confirms the current dispatch status and expected delivery window.
  • Damaged or spoiled mangoes. Send clear photos or a short video on WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery. If the damage qualifies under our refund policy, the refund is credited to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
  • Missed delivery. Our rider will attempt a second delivery. If you need to reschedule, message us on WhatsApp before the rider leaves our warehouse.
  • Ripeness questions. Some varieties such as Langra, Chaunsa, and Himayath ship at optimal firmness and need two to three days of room-temperature ripening at home. This is not a defect.
  • Payment issues. We operate on a prepaid-only basis (UPI, cards, wallets, net banking). If a payment failed or was double-charged, share the transaction ID on WhatsApp and we verify against our gateway logs.

What information speeds things up

When you message us, include your order number (from the SMS confirmation or your profile page), the pincode the order was placed for, and for any damage claim, photos taken in natural light. This lets the team verify and respond without a second back-and-forth.
